Dr. Liliane Sznycer, Local Pediatrician, presented Hands of Hope Award at Annual Gala Honoring Victims of Child Abuse
Local pediatrician, Liliane Sznycer of Dartmouth Hitchcock, was presented with the Hands of Hope Award at the Child Advocacy Center’s annual gala on April 2nd. A member of the multidisciplinary team working with the Child Advocacy Center, Dr. Sznycer was recognized for her commitment to child sexual abuse victims. Maria Gagnon, Executive Director of the Child Advocacy Center, says “Dr. Sznycer is always available, always returns phone calls and put the needs of children before herself. Dr. Sznycer is the type of person who notices the things most people miss. She is a wonderful advocate for the most vulnerable children in our community.”
Dr. Sznycer was part of the original task force responsible for bringing the Child Advocacy Center to Hillsborough County and served on its board of directors until 2009.
